Our Titanium Gr 1 Pipes are made from commercially pure titanium, containing about 99.5% titanium along with small amounts of iron, oxygen, nitrogen, and carbon. This unique composition gives them excellent corrosion resistance in both oxidizing and mildly reducing environments. The material boasts a tensile strength ranging from 240 to 400 MPa, a yield strength of around 170 MPa, and exceptional ductility and formability. With a low density of 4.51 g/cm³ and high impact toughness, even at cryogenic temperatures, Titanium Grade 1 is also known for its superior weldability, biocompatibility, and resistance to seawater and chlorides, making it perfect for demanding industrial and marine applications.
